This experience is designed to offer high-touch education and support in a way that feels practical, personalized, and immediately applicable. Whether you’re learning one-on-one or alongside your team, the focus is on real-world techniques, thoughtful guidance, and systems that translate directly to your day-to-day work. Instead of rigid curriculums or crowded classrooms, each experience is intentionally structured to support meaningful learning, confidence-building, and long-term growth in the comfort of your own space.

Every artist and team needs support at different stages. Whether you’re looking for focused one-on-one guidance or collaborative learning for your salon, each experience is intentionally designed to meet you where you are and support meaningful growth in real time.
1:1 SHADOWING
For artists who want personalized, in-the-moment guidance, one-on-one shadowing offers focused support directly behind the chair. This experience is ideal for refining technique, navigating challenging clients, and improving efficiency with real-time feedback tailored to your specific needs.
You’ll work closely with your mentor in your own salon, gaining clarity, confidence, and practical tools you can immediately apply to your work.
SMALL GROUP CLASSES (UP TO 6)
Designed for salon teams or small groups, these intimate in-salon classes create space for collaborative learning and hands-on education. Artists learn together through live demonstrations, guided practice, and thoughtful instruction that supports both individual growth and team alignment.
Small group classes are led by either Katie or Krystal and are customized to your salon’s goals, experience level, and focus areas.
LARGE GROUP CLASSES (7+)
For larger teams, this experience expands to ensure every artist receives the attention and support they need. Groups of seven or more are led by both Katie and Krystal, allowing for deeper hands-on instruction, individualized feedback, and a seamless learning experience across the room.
This option is ideal for salons investing in team-wide growth, consistency, and elevated education at scale.
