At Industry Black Label, we’re dedicated to delivering high-quality education, services, and products that empower hairstylists to elevate their careers. We believe in the value of our offerings and want you to feel confident in your investment with us. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Just as we are fully invested in your success, we ask that you value the time and resources we commit to helping you achieve it. Below is our refund policy.

1. Group Coaching Programs (Black Label Skills Lab and Black Label Society)
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions to our group coaching programs are non-refundable, as you receive immediate access to exclusive content and community resources upon enrollment. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed for the following month.

Annual Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for annual subscriptions after the first 14 days. If you cancel within the first 14 days, a prorated refund will be issued minus a cancellation fee of $50.

2. Online Courses and Mini-Courses
Individual Course Purchases: All course purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our course content, no refunds are offered after access is granted.

Membership Bundles (Included with Black Label Society): If you are a member of Black Label Society, you gain access to various mini-courses as part of your membership benefits. As a bundled benefit, these are non-refundable once accessed.

3. In-Person and Shadowing Sessions
Shadowing Experience: Due to the level of customization and preparation involved in shadowing, all shadowing session payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 14 days before the scheduled date, and we will work with you to arrange an alternative date at no additional charge.

Group Classes and Hands-On Workshops: If you need to cancel your enrollment in a group class or workshop, we offer partial refunds for cancellations made at least 30 days before the event. Due to immediate access to the Black Label Extension Method digital course upon enrollment, a fee of $1,500 will be withheld from the refund to cover the course value. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellations Within 30 Days: For cancellations made within 30 days of the event, no refund will be provided. However, you may request a one-time transfer to a future class or workshop, subject to availability.

4. Black Label Hand-Tied Extension Method Course
All purchases for the Black Label Hand-Tied Extension Method online course are final and non-refundable. This course provides significant value through immediate access to premium educational content, and refunds are not available once access has been granted.

5. Custom Services
For bespoke services such as SEO packages, website design, and educational development, payments are non-refundable once work has begun. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns through revisions or adjustments within the scope of the original project agreement.

How to Request a Refund (if applicable)
For eligible refund requests, please contact us at [contact email] with your purchase details and reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Outstanding Charges
Industry Black Label LLC reserves the right to charge 1.5% interest per day on any outstanding balance left unpaid 14 calendar days after the due date.

$100 due March 1
$101.50 due March 15
$103.03 due March 16
Sent to Collections April 15
If a payment remains outstanding for 30 days, Industry Black Label LLC reserves the right to send the account to collections. In such cases, you will be responsible for the total outstanding balance plus any associated collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

7. Chargebacks
You agree to make every attempt to file for a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

8. Recurring Payments
If You have signed up for a payment plan, You hereby authorize Our continued access to Your financial information stored by Our third-party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until Your payment plan is complete, as set forth in Your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.

9. Revocation of Access
Except as otherwise provided herein, You have the unilateral right to terminate Your use and access to any of Our Offering(s). Please send an email to hello@industryblacklabel.com to initiate this process. Termination will not excuse You of further payment. Upon confirmation of Your termination, any and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Any existing balance that remains after 14 days from the date of termination will be sent to a collections agency, and You agree to be responsible for any additional charges, fees, or costs associated with such a collection effort, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

10. Dispute Resolution
If You and Our Company cannot find a resolution to a dispute or potential claim by means of good-faith negotiation, then You explicitly agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve any such dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil cause of action.
